This page is dedicated to Jim Oberg. Jim and I began our relationship learning to dance, country western, west coast swing, east coast swing and more. Whatever classes were being taught, we were there. I told him "YOU LEAD I WILL FOLLOW" how hard could that be??? Well, he did and he led me right into adding a dog to our family. Our first berner love, Elmo, is 8. Elmo was a great sport in helping us learn what conformation was all about. He was very patient with all our mistakes and learning curves. He now spends his days making sure any new puppies joining the pack knows what "grrrr", "keep your distance", means.
With the unexpected passing of Jim I struggle everyday to move forward. The Keepsake berners are great comfort, always there for a hug or lay across my lap as if to say, we're here for you.
